Pendragon Fund is a SICAV-SIF regulated by Luxembourg Law constituted under the form of “societè en commanditè per actions” and authorized by CCSF since October 2010.

The general partner invested to manage the Fund assets is Pendragon Management Company S.A.

The company shares’ subscription is reserved exclusively to a kind of “well informed” as defined by the SICAV SIF Law.
“Well informed” investors are to be considered, inter alia:
Institutional investors;
Professional investors;
Any other investor that
has accepted by writing the status of “well informed” investor
(i) has invested the minimum sum of EUR 125.000 in the Company or (ii) has been checked by an evaluation of a banking or financial company (Dir. 2006/48/CE), by an investment company (dir. 2004/39/CE) or by a management company (dir. 2001/107/EC) which stating his experience and knowledge in Specialized Fund Investments.
